Thumbs down Sunday drive turns into clutch cable coming lose

Damn BBK clutch cable. Went to put the car in reverse and the clutch went hella easy to the floor. Quick look under the hood = cable popped right out.

My Sunday drives resulted in my closing the garage door and going in.

So disappointed

What do you mean by popped out??? I had the FMS Adjustable Clutch kit on my 5.0. The cable came off the quadrent some how. I managed to hook it up again by reaching under the dash. I took the car to Mustang Specialteaz and it turned out we had mixed up the the way the cable gets hooked up at the clutch fork.

i had a prob. with my quadrent on my self adjuster the thing stripped out made my cable pop off the clutch but never just pop off on its own
