New street/strip application converters deliver improved quarter mile performance

Two of the newest products from the drivetrain engineers at TCIŽ are a pair of 10-inch diameter high performance torque converters that bolt right in to any 2005-2007 Ford Mustang (5R55 transmission). Featuring an increased stall speed (3500 and 3800 rpm respectively) and TCIŽ-designed high performance internal components, '05-'07 Mustang owners can expect as much as a half second improvement in their quarter mile times with no loss in daily street drivability.

The street-compatible, full lock-up torque converters feature all the high-tech engineering you would expect from TCIŽ. Both torque converters include a hand-built steel stator, heavy-duty clutches, furnace-brazed turbine fins, a modified impellor fin angle and INA thrust bearings for lowered internal friction. All this equates to a durable torque converter that will deliver lower operating temperatures and the ultimate in performance.

For more information about the newest TCIŽ high stall speed torque converter for 2005-2007 Ford Mustangs, call us at 1-888-776-9824, or visit us online at www.tciauto.com.
