first off it depends on what kind of condition your paint is in. I'll tell you how to get an incredibly wet and deep gloss on your car. First clay bar down the whole car to take off all imperfections, second use a good paint cleaner with a foam orbital never a wool or cotton towel . when the paint is squeaky to the touch. put on a good polish or paint sealer and lastly to protect that wet look use only a pure brazilian caranuba wax. Put on at least three thin coats and wipe off with a microfiber towel only!!! your paint will have exceptional depth and a wet glossy finish. Oh yeah the brand i use and only use is pinnacle from auto geek.com. I have a mineral grey 03 cobra conv. that is incredible looking Hope this helps

you always want to use foam to produce a swirl free finish. wool and cotton puts it right back into the paint!! everyyyyyyyone thinks to use cotton. they are wrong i detail on the weekend and have never had a complaint. invest in a porter cable polisher you wont regret it. And everytime you take out your car wipe it down with sliptone detailer amazing gloss and hardens the finish and always use microfiber towels especially on chrome wheels!@
