Hey! I'm having problems with the aftermarket Sony radio/cd player installed in my fox. I just got last september, and had it installed. It keeps cutting out/turning off whenever I turn the volume up to a certain point or turn on the custom settings. It's really annoying and I can't figure out what the problem is! Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!

Check your ground connection first, test then check main power

Does it turn on/off when you touch it or go over bumps? Are all the connection soildered/heat shrinked? if they are not then start with that first and if thats doesnt solve your problem you may have a problem with your source unit.
