A.J. Foyt is getting into the game with his “Coyote Edition” Ford Mustang from Heritage Customs out of Arlington, Texas.
The A.J. Foyt Coyote Edition Mustangs will be limited to just 500 units and will include a host of standard options and a few additional options like a Supercharger and custom leather interior along with some sort of DVD Navigation System. More information on the way soon.

  • Rear Quarter Panel Side Scoops
  • A.J. Foyt Performance Exhaust
  • Black Mesh Grill with Center Fog Lights
  • 20” Chrome F18 Wheels with Toyo Tires
  • Coyote Striping with A.J. Foyt Logos
  • Chrome Billet Fuel Door
  • Number and Signed Dash Plaque
  • 3 year/36K mile warranty
Other Options:
  • Suspension/Anti-Roll Bars, Higher Rate Springs, New Lower Control Arms and Billstein shock to create a 3/4” front and rear lowering effect below factory level (requires different tires)

^^ agreed... whats wrong with not using manual trannys these days? it doesn't narrow down the marketability THAT much...

I agree kinda......as much as I love slamming the gears of a 5-6....or at work a 13 speed......auto is the way to go for drag racing.


What sports cars REALLY need is a trans similar to that of BMW's and Mercedes......a manual AND auto in one......you can put it in "D" for the 1320 and head out to Mosport with 6 gears to bang through.

Imagine a Z06 with an auto at the strip or a GT
