Has anyone had any problems getting a BBK H-Pipe w/o Cats to fit properly? I cant seem to tuck the pipes properly under the car and I smell exhaust fumes at idle with the A/C on.......

Never had any issues with fitment. Was your H pipe delivered in two pieces? Did you join it together in the middle and clamp it? Check under the car while its running to see where it's leaking from. The only possible places it could leak from, aside from cracks or whatnot, would be at the front where the pipes meet the headers, the O2 sensor bungs, the H section, or at the back where the back of the H pipe meets the intermediate pipes to the mufflers.
