Wow, that vid sounds BAD. Thats definitely a rod knock, probably a spun bearing. If yours sounds like that, I think its more damage than the heads. If you can't afford a whole new motor, just rebuild the stock bottom end with some decent forged pistons and some I beam Rods and find some used PI heads and intake to slap on there. It'll still make ALOT more power than the non PI turd, and if you decide to throw some BOOST or NOS at it... it should be able to take it so long as you make sure theres OIL in the damn thing!!!! Good luck, and I hope you're smarter for the next motor. Poorer, but smarter at least I hope.
